NBC ups the stakes with international hit game show Deal or No Deal, a high-energy match of nerves, instincts and raw intuition.

26 briefcases are distributed to 26 models before the show begins. Each case contains a different dollar amount from one cent to one million dollars! A contestant chooses one case, which becomes his and then is shown the sums in six of the remaining cases. Then a mysterious figure called The Banker offers to buy the contestant's case for a price based on a bit of risk management knowing which cash amounts that are still unrevealed. The game ends when the player decides to keep his case or accept an offer from the banker.
